Now that temperatures have reached absolutely freezing; it's time we rekindled our love for oversized knitwear. There are only so many times we'll pair ours with fail-safe denim so we've decided to team them up with playful textures and prints.
Proving once again that metallic's are one of the season's most desired shades; these trousers make a statement. Coordinated with the right colour tones, they add excitement to an otherwise neutral outfit.
The trousers are also cut off at the ankle which means we've been that little bit more daring and styled them with these unique but ultimately gorgeous boots by Acne.
Scarlett: The trousers are a super luxe way to dress up a simple chunky knit and I am in love with the boots which are surprisingly comfy and easy to walk in. Acne is one of my favourite brands and I love the signature style they add to all of their shoes.

We were prepared to turn our backs on floral prints and try something innovative. At first you may think there is too much going on with this skirt, what with all the varied shapes and colours, but that's what we find most appealing. The colours pop out when coupled with this basic piece of knitwear but still don't scream overdressed.
When teamed with a high denier tight; the wooden platforms we wore in summer instantly become an autumn essential and altogether turn an otherwise plain jeans and sweater look into an instant chic ensemble.

Verity: I adore the pattern on this skirt it's simply unique. The shape is flattering and the split adds sultry sex appeal.
